Um die komplexe Kundenanforderung für eine intuitive und dynamische Ticket-Qualifizierung umzusetzen, hat die Sector Nord AG den Znuny / ((OTRS)) CE Ticket-Wizard entwickelt.
Für wichtige auflaufende Ereignisse können im Ticket-Wizard einfach und schnell Leitfäden als Entscheidungsbäume abgelegt werden. Wissen und Prozesse können auf diese Weise im Second-Level-Support generiert, abgestimmt und anschließend dem FirstLevel-Support bzw. dem Endkunden zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Die Behandlung von Ereignissen und Störungen kann so einfach vereinheitlicht werden. Die Störungsbehandlungsprozesse können optimiert werden. Erarbeitetes Wissen wird erhalten und formalisiert. Insbesondere häufig auftretende Störungen lassen sich so zielgerichtet und standardisiert bereits im First-Level-Support oder im Customer-Self-Service abarbeiten.
